We’re joined by Jason Bates from Stockinpiggle Free Range Pork in Cootamundra.
Jason and his partner Sam set out to find the perfect property to grow their pigs and family, they discovered Stockinbingal, about an hour north-east of Wagga.
On the farm they breed and raise free range rare and heritage pigs, as well as pastured chickens, grass-fed lambs, hoggets and grass-fed beef for customers seeking high quality, flavourful, and ethically produced meat.
They even branched out and opened a butcher shop in Cootamundra. only 15 minutes from the farm where they do their own butchering, processing, smoking & packing!
